This is one stop along the continuum of community art making. The Clarifier Project is a community public art collaboration. It brings people together to participate in the evolution of a major public art park in Lyons, Colorado. Using an unused public works "tank" as a base, the participants will create a hand painted and sculpted tile, mosaic and masonry monument to community and creativity.

During the month of May a documentary exhibit at the Boulder Public will feature a sampling of the beautiful hand painted tiles, photos and sketches that showcase the project and describe the process of making a community mosaic.

WE NEED MOSAIC MATERIALS!
Ceramic tile, pottery, china, stone and shells.
small amounts can be delivered to the Stone Cup in Lyons and to Steamboat Mt. Foods. Both are located on the corner of 5th and High Street in Lyons
